General Questions
1. Q: How do I change the information on my online account ?
A: To change personal information, such as your phone number, email address or account password, click on My Account at the top of any page. After you enter the new information, click the Update button located at the bottom of the page. To change your address, click on the 'View or change entries in my address book' link. Please note: you must change your address before adding any items to your basket to ensure product availability.
2. Q: Can I see orders that I have placed in the past ?
A: You can view past and current orders by clicking on "My Account" at the top of any page. You will be able to view order number, order status and delivery date.
3. Q: How does search work on your site ?
A: The search box can be found in the upper right corner of our home page and most of the other pages throughout the site. When you enter specific words in the box and press the "search" button, our server will return a list of deals and other written content pertaining to the terms specified in your query. However, we do not include results from deals that have expired or that we know are no longer active.
Order queries
1. Q: Is there a minimum purchase amount ?
A: No. We do not have a minimum purchase dollar amount. All of our merchandise can be initially purchased in single units!
2. Q: Do I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?
A: Yes, once your details are confirmed we will acknowledge your order by email
3. Q: Can I change my order?
A: We are unable to amend your order, however, it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to despatch. Please send us emails to inform that. Once the item is despatched, we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 14 days to return your item for a full refund.
4. Q: What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A: All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
5. Q: How can I get my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
A: We strongly recommend and prefer that first time customers send their order to the billing address on file with the card account. We may require you to do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. Orders can sometimes be shipped to a different address as request, however, we may send you an email for confirmation before delivery, please do remember to check your paypal email box and reply us, so we can proceed timely !
Payment queries
1. Q: How safe is it to shop in your website?
A: All our online booking pages are secure using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which ensures all information that you provide are securely transferred between the server and your browser.
2. Q: What are the various methods of payment available with you ?
A: Paying using a credit card
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, MC Macstro. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also acceptable. We do not currently accept any government subsidized program cards, cash, gift cards, personal checks or store charge accounts.
3. Q: Will I receive a copy of my order after checkout ?
A: We will send you a confirmation e-mail, detailing all products, quantities and total amount related to your order within 12 hours one you have checked out. Please make a note of the order number, in the event of having to contact us
Delivery queries
1. Q: Do you ship to my countries ?
A: Currently, we only ship orders to following countries : Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherland, Portugal, Russia Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United State. Please send us an email if your country is not contained in the list.
2. Q: What are your shipping charges ?
A: We offer EMS free shipping on all orders over!
Please note, order from Netherlands must be shipped by TNT/UPS shipping company, and it requires $25 additional shipping charges.
3. Q: How long will it take to delivery ?
A: We shall dispatch most of orders within 12 hours once your payment is cleared, you will receive tracking number within 48 hours once we have shipped order.
EMS is the main shipping method we use to deliver items, order will be shipped to your door within 5-7 days normally. But international shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures (such as both countries customs, transit stations etc.), it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination.
4. Q: How do I track my order ?
A: We will send tracking number within 2 business days of purchasing, please do check your email frequently. Or you are able to track order status by logging in "My Account".
5. Q: What happens if I am out when you deliver?
A: If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier/carrier will leave the parcel in a safe place, please contact post office in the details to check package status. If, however, your item(s) do not arrive within our stated lead times, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you.
